Customer Expansion Specialist

About the role As a Customer Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer®. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing. How you will make an impact:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections.Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets. We’re looking for someone withHigh School diploma; College Degree an asset.Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections.Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It’d be great if you are Self-motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Able to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
