It is one of the largest providers of production chemicals and drilling fluid systems and is focused on being the leading provider of technically advanced chemical solutions throughout the life cycle of the oilfield.Canadian Energy Services, the drilling fluids division of CES Energy Solutions, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized individual to fill the position of Accounting Assistant - Product Inventory. This full-time, diverse position is located in Calgary, Alberta. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for contributing to an efficient financial accounting organization by managing all aspects of product inventory. The position reports directly to the Team Lead, Accounts Receivable & Inventory.The candidate will also have a willingness to work in a fast paced Oil and Gas logistics environment. Responsibilities Include: Tracking of inventory movements between warehouses and field locations.Downloading tickets from Xpress and MIMS (Supplyrite), and uploading into Microsoft Dynamics AX.Reconcile product deliveries, transfers and returns.Receipt and management of supplier invoices and credits, including approvals.Managing product blend documentation.Interaction with field, warehouse, suppliers, and billings personnel regarding the resolution of all inventory issues.Provide back-up support for other members of the Inventory team.Assist with reconciling warehouse inventory counts.Creating inventory adjustments as necessary.Special Projects as required relating to Inventory.Other duties as required.Qualifications Include: Attention to detail and accuracy.Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work with multiple personalities in a demanding, fast paced environment.Experience with large ERP and warehouse management systems.Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.Desire to work in a team focused environment.CES offers our employees a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience.
