The inaugural President and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of USPI will be a dynamic and visionary executive who can successfully lead the planning and development of 1,000 acres of prime commercial, residential and office lands located with in the City of Saskatoon. They will be both the strategic lead and the face of the organization, building and directing a newly formed leadership team amidst a sensitive and political public landscape. They will be responsible for brokering relationships between the organization and key stakeholders such as both municipal and provincial governments and the real estate development community. Strategically developing these relationships will require strong political instincts, business acumen and facilitation. Further, the development of the next generation of infrastructure for residential and commercial uses requires the ability to engage with the City of Saskatoon and developers to create awareness of USPI’s interests, utilize valuable feedback and gain their cooperation.
