You will collaborate with Vision33 team members to articulate and envision our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to provide a superior customer service experience to clients. As an SAP S4, Sales Consultant your responsibilities include:
Support the customer through the full lifecycle of an S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition project.
Lead and advise clients on optimizing procurement and inventory management processes using S/4HANA.
Work with the pre-sales and broader sales to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure modules to meet specific business needs.
Implementation, testing, and documentation of procurement and inventory strategies are integral aspects of your role.
Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Provide level 1 support to live customers, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Remain updated on S/4HANA upgrades and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years Full Cycle S/4HANA implementation experience.
Experience in a similar role and directly involved with Sourcing and Procurement within S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Familiarity with the competitive market of industry ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft, Sage, and Epicor would be considered an asset.
Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
Superior people skills; team- oriented, fast learner and very personable.
Effective communication and the ability to guide and train end-users are key components of your responsibilities.
Self-motivated, an independent thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
