Job Responsibilities:
Creation of new projects into Deltek Vision, and review existing project prior to use;
Ensure accounting records are up to date with client information;
Financial management of a portfolio of projects, including inputting and verifying data into the accounting system to ensure accuracy of invoices;
Collaborate with project managers to generate, finalize and issue final invoices and send them to clients via mail or email;
Build strong relationships with project managers by providing monthly paperwork ensuring accurate project reporting;
Leverage your attention to detail to review client agreements and ensure project budgets are accurate;
Provide excellent customer service and accounting support to project managers regarding invoicing, project set up, and budget adjustments;
Job Requirements:
Post secondary diploma in the business/accounting field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field;
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
Strong attention to detail;
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, intermediate level understanding preferred;
Ability to build and foster excellent working relationships;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; and
Experience with Deltek Vision application considered an asset
