Job description:
Do you have a deep understanding of selling of academic teaching equipment as well as proven success using a CRM sales tool and implementing/leading account management strategies. This may be the role for you! We are seeking two Sales and Marketing Associate for our Digital Health Education Tools in Winnipeg, MB. Candidates will be responsible for the management and growth of the business in Canada and US.
Roles and responsibilities include:
Develop an effective territory strategy to improve sales and increase market share for all Digital Health product lines
Deliver on sales targets
Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers
Maintaining market and account analysis models
Implement sales programs in conjunction with marketing communication, clinical, education, and training
Assist with the execution of dental education programs
Attend and participate in key professional events and team meetings
Train and educate relevant dental colleges on products
Report all market, account, competitive information, and trends
Plans and prepare sales and expense forecasts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Life-Science, Biology or Business Admin), or equivalent work experience
Proven experience managing a sales territory to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience using CRM tools and account management systems/ processes
Ability to work effectively with dental professors, dental students, dentists, administrative stakeholders, and across organizational boundaries
Highly motivated with strong influence management skills
Valid Drivers’ License
