Inside Sales, Solutions Sales Consultant

The Solutions Sales Consultant, Inside Sales, markets hardware-focused solutions and services to targeted small and medium sized corporate accounts. The role is mandated to drive sales revenue by converting pre-generated leads, growing existing customer base (cross-selling) as well as penetrating Zero Based Accounts (ZBA).Duties & Responsibilities: Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targetsMaintain and expand assigned customer portfolio by nurturing business relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partnerPrepare customer presentations and business proposals that align to Ricoh’s value propositionCustomize product and service solutions based on customer value propositionReview sales leads and uncover opportunities throughout sales cyclesProvide sales updates and progress reports to Sales Manager with regular cadenceUtilize core Sales systems and resources including Salesforce (SFDC), Hoover, Power BI, LinkedInStay up to date with industry knowledge and trends including new products, services and pricing/payment plansEngage support resources as needed to problem solve enroute to resolutionPrioritize and manage multiple deliverables while achieving objectivesParticipate, contribute and own overall team successOther duties as assigned by manager Qualifications:Required: 1-3 years of direct sales experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) contextPreferred: Prior experience in Inside Sales rolesPreferred: Prior experience in Technology, Hardware, Information Technology sectorsPreferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fieldSkills: Strong business acumen; ability to effectively interpret and transmute business information to potential development opportunitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to quickly develop business relationships with both customers and stakeholders virtually or in-personProficient negotiation skills; ability to tactfully influence, handle objections and problem solveSeasoned presentation skills; ability to create and tell compiling storiesRobust technical fluency; with working knowledge of business applications (e.g. MS Office), Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Salesforce) and other research toolsSound analytical mindset; ability to understand and make meaning of numbers and dataHigh degree of self-accountability and drive for successTime management and prioritization skillsOther Requirements:Valid Driver’s LicenseRicoh is an information management and digital services company connecting technology, processes, and people in progressive business around the world.
