In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the 'beauty of health' with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.
Key responsibilities
We are looking for a scientific profile with experience in communication and scientific valorization.
Immerse and understand LDB brand identities individually.
Understand scientific competitive landscape.
Scientific vulgarization and support for medical priorities:
Creation of communication tools (bibliographic research, formatting, preparations of presentations for scientific studies/ creation of storytelling for ingredients and products)
Scientific communication for the poster publication plan: project management / medical writing
Provide scientific support to medical field teams and cross functional collaborators.
Develop and deliver presentations of scientific and clinical subjects to internal and field teams.
Professional &Technical Competencies
Scientific or medical (pharmacy) degree.
Science background with experience in healthcare setting, scientific research, or knowledge will also be considered.
Ability to interpret clinical pertinence from scientific data.
Ability to develop and deliver Scientific and clinical presentations to non-scientific audiences.
Good communication skills
Autonomous, solutions-oriented team player
Effective and engaging communicator
Rigor and organization
Fluent in English
Professional proficiency in French is an asset.
