Prove the solution by designing experiments that can be validated offline and or online (A/B testing, etc.)Some potential problems that need to be solved are:Intelligent buyer or seller + real estate agent matching algorithmPredicting user intent, such as intent to buy or sellVarious real estate predictions, such as housing sale price, square footage, property tax, etc..With the aid of your manager, plan launch phases of solutions, judging each phase by its effort vs impact.Gain a deep understanding of our data through exploratory data analysis or communication with stakeholders.Able to communicate complex ideas logically and clearly, using data visualization with strong verbal and written communication. Experience and qualifications:Masters or Ph.D. in math, science, engineering, statistics, or other quantitative fields3+ years of professional experience in a data scientist/data analytics role, having solved real business problems with math, science and machine learningExperience with statistical concepts such as regression, properties of distribution, and statistical tests and their proper usage and application.Experience with regression and classification ML techniques, such as linear regression and tree-based algorithms including boosting, random forest, and decision trees.Experience with experiment design and A/B testingExperience with SQL and Python, along with some data, math, machine learning experience Experience with visualization frameworks such as Scikit-learn, SciPy, pandas, XGBoost, LightGBM, Catboost, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc.Preferred experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDBPreferred experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Data Studio and or Google Analytics 4Strong logical and critical thinking and verbal, written and visual communication skillsJoin our team and help revolutionize the real estate industry with your data science and technology expertise.
