Teladoc Health’s summer internship program allows students to gain hands-on experience by applying their academic curriculum to real-world situations. We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and innovative people to join our 2024 EMERGE Summer Internship Program. Interns will receive valuable training and mentoring to support their professional growth, develop marketable skills, and learn about Teladoc Health’s business and the healthcare industry. This is a paid opportunity, in which interns will be assigned projects and tasks relevant to Teladoc Health’s current business needs.
The Technical Writer Intern will work with the Technical Writer to prepare product, technical and end user documentation for our offerings and processes. Working closely with the technical writer, they will develop and promote the adoption of documentation templates for system, database, and program information. Prepare, review and maintain documents including operational, user documentation and training materials.
Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking documentation work to meet client deliverables.
Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across business.
Strong writing and technical editing skills.
Creative with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program and returning to school in September 2024
~ Currently enrolled in a technical communication program or related discipline or at least 1 year of experience in writing complex documentation
~Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio experience preferred
