Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new agricultural grain trailers and farm equipment products.

Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design specifications, considering factors such as functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

Utilize SolidWorks or InDesign to create accurate 3D models, drawings, and renderings of product concepts and prototypes.

Conduct thorough design reviews and iterations to optimize product performance, reliability, and user experience.

Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing, engineering, and production teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in agricultural equipment design to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of design standards, processes, and documentation.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within the agricultural equipment, heavy machinery, or related sectors.

Demonstrated successful design expertise in agricultural equipment, large components, or related sectors.

Proficiency in SolidWorks or InDesign software, with a strong ability to create detailed 3D models, drawings, and renderings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and priorities.
