HomeCare4U is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Home Care Manager to join our new team. You will play an instrumental role in growth of our company. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and be fully involved in developing and creating the highest quality service provision for service users and their families / supporters.

Your safety is our top priority. We will provide you with all the needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate training, as well as daily infection prevention screening of clients and workers, prior to visits, to help prevent exposures to COVID-19.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a high-energy, personable representative to help build relationships with doctors/facilities and generate new patient referrals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or appealing personality. This is a position that requires traveling to multiple locations and face-to-face meetings with referral sources and clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate client inquiries by actively promoting care services to community, influencers, business owners, and potential referral sources.

Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, hospices, physicians’ offices, etc.

Conduct intake assessments.

Develops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes.

Consistently follow up with warm leads to maintain business development goals.

Arrange presentations of our home care services at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies.

Attend virtual events, conferences, networking events representing our agency services via zoom meeting, google meet, etc.

Track networking efforts and review with Staff Coordinators regularly.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience in marketing home care services preferred

Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) as well as a positive professional business image.

Valid driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Occasionally Weekends

Work Location:

On the road/ Office as required.

Work from home if required.
