Responsibilities include the following: ▪ Receive, review, and process applications for registered membership as well as licences. ▪ Schedule monthly meetings and prepare reports. ▪ Maintain the membership database and related systems files, i.e. mailing lists, website directory. ▪ Support for the Internship Program: Implement and maintain; prepare reports and correspondence. ▪ Coordinate and administer the Association Examinations. ▪ Manage the Continuing Education Program and maintain the appropriate guides. ▪ Ensure forms are available for education providers and submit applications to the Education Committee. ▪ Assist in scheduling committee meetings, preparing agendas and pre-meeting packages. Attend meetings and record minutes.
