Job Title Director, Finance Business Partner Job Description The Commercial Finance Director role is responsible for:
• Oversee the reporting of Central Functions (Marketing, Services, Commercial Operations) and Third Party Business Partner and ISV relationships working closely with (FinOps and FP&A) to accurately report performance and monthly Forecasts
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting of the relevant areas of accountability.
• Provide commercial support to Business Leaders and help produce ROI and drive efficiency improvements with the commercial leaders
• Drive process improvement around month end review, budgeting, forecasting
In this role, you will oversee the relevant business unit performance and support leaders to help scale efficiently. You will be working closely with FinOps, FP&A and other Group Functions to identify, measure and execute on commercial propositions. You will also work closely with Finance Operation to deliver accurate and timely actuals and forecast. Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Finance Business Partner overseeing Performance Marketing, Services, Sales Ops & Admin, Performance & Execution, SDR and third party relationships with Business Partners & ISVs.
Monthly reporting & forecasting
- Accountable for the accuracy of month end reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly reporting packs for Business Leaders
- Provide insight into the relevant ISV and BP commercial agreements.
Commercial Finance
- Support commercial decisions using appropriate ROI.
- Track performance of key initiatives
- Provide recommendations to Business Leaders on potential commercial decisions.
Budgeting & Planning
- Lead the budgeting and planning for the relevant org area.
- Support the Business leaders to identify efficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Scenario modelling to help support different commercial outcomes
Requirements:
- Effective communication and influencing skills. Effective in managing senior stakeholders.
- Manage and build strong successful teams.
- Experience managing teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
- More than 10 years of Finance experience with +3 years of SaaS experience.
- Extensive modelling and valuation experience in the SaaS space.
