The Saskatchewan Media Production Industry Association is seeking an Executive Director with a demonstrable passion for film, television, and new emerging forms of interactive and immersive storytelling.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and executing programs, fostering partnerships, managing industry growth, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the association. Additionally, you will actively liaise with governments to advocate for the interests of the media production industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership, Operational Management, Program Development and Execution, Membership Engagement, Advocacy, Public Relations, and Government Liaison.
Qualifications include :
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably within media production or a related industry,
S trong understanding of the media production landscape and industry trends,
E xceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
P roven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders,
D emonstrated success in strategic planning,
P rogram development, and financial management.
