We are looking for a personable Senior Service Advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and our service technicians. To be successful in this role you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of vehicle repair issues and automotive technology.
Our client is a boutique automotive repair shop located in South Vancouver that’s been around for more than 30 years. For the past 7 years they’ve been voted the Best Auto Repair Shop in Vancouver by the Georgia Straight.

They service a wide variety of car and light truck makes and models including lots of high-end luxury cars. Their shop is bright and very well equipped with modern tools and equipment. As our Senior Service Advisor, your primary responsibility is to manage the day-to-day operations of the shop so clients are satisfied with their experience; and service appointments are consistently booked to capacity.
Working knowledge of automobiles, typical breakdowns and how to maintain them as technology changes.
Extensive knowledge of automotive parts for different makes of cars.
Strong client service skills with the ability to balance client satisfaction with profitability.
Excellent financial skills with the ability to assess profitability through key performance indicators.
Sales skills with the ability to describe the benefits of our products and services so clients want it without ever feeling sold to.
Strong computer and software skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to laypeople and to translate symptoms to repair terminology.
Must have a valid drivers’ license.
