CFO and Grant Writer
You are responsible for submitting the various reports of the Grants, while developing the business plans, smart templates, and various budgets and multiple budgets that are required in being submitted to the development company. You represent the brand as the internal administrative head, in a way where by the owners can trust you with the required mandates necessary to make sure various public inquiries as to the health and overall developments of the company are as communicated. From working on reports to resubmit for funding, and much more, you are a finance manager thats able to work on consolidating the labels spreadsheets and make presentations to the owner within the various expenses that are being paid, and the projections of the various talents that need to be hired into the entire production to be put back to work. With this being a development brand, the finance and investment manager needs to be someone that takes directions and has a strong english speaking acumen. While the portfolio is looking for an outsource worker thats paid every month while dealing with a range of responsibilities, I really want someone thats capable of working with the brands accountant to build the documents and figures required, while also being able to make financing to secure funds to support the labels ability to secure financing for its own development center. As the contractor and creator of this production, really looking for the right agent. As the CFO, youll be responsible for a lit of different task, you will really need to transform the entire production and really support the owner in transforming and securing the right funding. From projecting the daily burn rate of the brand within its current assets and properties, to the need to look at ways in which it can start to generate huge amounts of capital within the various departments that can be put back to work given this pandemic, theres going to be a need to really be able to work with the owner in getting and putting togetehr the vrious general ledgers to start to stitch together the entire development budget of a healthy company thats able to throw festivals, house artists, and much more!
