Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources team as a Senior Manager. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients’ businesses. Responsibilities
Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectors
Execute projects related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy development
Manage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)
Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client’s business
Network in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs
Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related field
CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
8 to 9 years of human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environment
Strong business and practice development skills
Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics
Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills
