Position Responsibilities:
You are a proven sales executive who is a self-starter that can thrive in an entrepreneurial, high growth environment.
You carry a strong executive presence and business acumen.
You have notable Influence and persuasion skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels in large healthcare organizations including IT, HR, nursing, finance, and central scheduling.
You think big and want to transform healthcare delivery by using automation software to fix the biggest pain point for hospitals - staffing.
You are driven by sales quotas and have a track record of using a consultative sales approach to build trust with prospective customers.
You are curious and ask questions.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve your sales quota.
Build and manage a sales pipeline and leveraging your network to generate new leads.
Manage the full sales-cycle process including creative lead generation, discovery meetings, solution-oriented demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closings.
Develop a deep understanding of the intelligent workforce management software products and effectively communicate the ROI and value proposition to prospective customers using a consultative sales approach.
Report daily pipeline progress and forecasting through Hubspot. Help improve and document core proven sales process.
Up to 30-40% travel (as needed) to meet face-to-face with sales prospects and attend industry events.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role selling to US large hospitals.
In-depth knowledge of leading workforce management and scheduling solutions (like UKG, WorkDay, Infor) in the hospital staffing setting.
Proven strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication abilities.
Exceptional presentation & communication skills. Proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, and Hubspot.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Compensation $120k-$150k
