DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

make wooden crates to measure for finished products;
cut wood or metal;
simple mechanical assembly;
assemble new mechanical parts on machines;

be in good health, as this manual trade requires a certain amount of physical strength to work standing up, as well as resistance to noise, heat and dust;
have an interest in mechanics and the industrial environment;
have good manual skills and the dexterity to operate the controls of various machines;
attention to detail and meticulousness to operate with precision, produce quality molds and quickly spot anomalies;
have good analytical skills to solve certain machine-related problems;
have a strong sense of responsibility to effectively manage performance and ensure the smooth running of machines;
be able to work as part of a team to collaborate with workers, technicians and engineers;
be bilingual to understand technical documentation generally published in English;
