Field Site Supervisor

Montréal, Qc

~1-2 years of experience with design or construction of data centers/critical infrastructure or large scale mechanical and electrical plants.

~ Understand construction/ MEP engineering principles including switch gear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.

~ Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to use data to justify conclusions. Proficiency in French and English required

~ Experience to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all MEP disciplines.

~ Ability to interpret data center system-level architecture, and equipment requirements, create/communicate conceptual designs, and create/maintain project documentation

~ Maintain project budget and prepare change orders throughout project .

~ Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare project plans, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule and milestones, ensures quality control, risk identification and mitigation planning. Educational Qualifications:

~ Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil/Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or minimum 5 year industry experience preferred
