About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective leader, and possess a deep understanding of the ever-evolving marketing landscape. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Requirements
10-15 years relevant B2B SaaS marketing experience, including ABM, enterprise sales marketing and PLG marketing
Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
HubSpot, social platforms, Google Analytics, and PPC platform experience required
Insider threat, behavior analytics, employee monitoring experience a plus
Ability to drill down into execution-level details and lead from the front
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving measurable results
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of online marketing
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with product teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives
Provide strategic direction to the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives support the organization's long-term goals
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company's values and goals
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI
Public Relations and Communication:
Oversee the creation and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation
Act as a spokesperson for the organization, maintaining strong relationships with media outlets and key industry stakeholders
