In addition to working with great people in a supportive work culture, we offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company culture that values each member and encourages professional growth and development.If you are interested in working for an innovative and dynamic organization, then Miipe is the right place for you!We are currently seeking for a Marketing Consultant to join our team.Job Responsibilities:Daily interface with key representatives from our sponsored properties.Be accountable for sponsorship projects which you will be responsible for.Build and develop activation plans for sponsorship properties.Build, plan and execute the schedule and critical path for each property by coordinating the work of internal and external stakeholders.Development of creative briefs, reports and presentations to share project objectives and results. Execute and oversee the mandates of agencies, events, content producers, staff supplier and services.Work with other business units and agency partners to ensure all communications materials and activations are on brand.Other event time responsibilities as assigned.Build, track and keep team accountable on budgets for each project assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSThree (3) to five (5) years of experience in a sports marketing, agency or marketing environmentExperience executing major sponsorships and event propertiesDisciplined approach to planning, flawless execution with exceptional attention to accuracy and detailAbility to complete full project requirements from planning meetings, setting project objectives, sourcing and budgeting through to project execution with demonstrating ROIOrganized team-player with ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication capabilitiesExperience in ability to manage relationships with suppliers, agency, and partnersStrong knowledge of social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch)Strong analytical, creative and critical thinkingEssential, knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerpointFlexibility to work overtime to attend eventsAbility to operate in self-sufficiently and as a member of a collaborate teamHybrid opportunity (3 days from the office)How to Apply:Please send your resume in confidence through the job posting.Due to high volume of applications, only qualified candidates will be contacted.Applications will not be acknowledged in writing.In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Miipe strives to ensure that all recruiting processes are non-discriminatory and barrier-free.
