Be a leader and always lead by example by following all brand policies and procedures
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Participate in the recruitment process
Prepare and provide restaurant Team Members with performance reviews
Training new Team Members and prospective management
Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place
Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management
Controlling food & paper costs using order guides
Monitor weekly and monthly inventories
Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
Resolving guest feedback, as well as working with your team to maximize guest satisfaction
Coach & discipline Team Members as needed
Balance cash and complete balance sheets
Complete cash reports and related forms
Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example
Requirements 3+ years’ experience in a multi-unit leadership role in the restaurant industry
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, 24/7 environment
Proven track record of developing and mentoring others
College or University degree is an asset
Technically competent in all aspects of restaurant operating systems
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&Ls, establish restaurant budgets, and ensure achievement of the company’s P&L targets
