A day in the life of a Production Supervisor:

Lead the Safety Culture and conditions for a Safe Working Environment. Check and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures

Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured according to standards of quality and relevant manufacturing instructions (compliance) using Digital platform

Manage Production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines to ensure sustainable results

Use of Basic Problem Solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvements.

Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of their team as per the agreed plan with Production Manager (proper training, equipment, safety procedures, hygiene)

Ensure constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders (line shift teams, Production Manager, Maintenance, Unions, functional representatives on the line)

What will make you successful?

1-4 years of experience in a functional role in the CPG industry

Experience in managing, engaging, and motivating direct reports

Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools

The ability to exercise good judgment and decision making

•Strong Communication skills and the ability to positively confront and effectively deal with non-compliance

The ability to maintain a safe working environment through proper housekeeping and safety practices

Able to ensure smooth operations through effective staff management and deployment, and the ability to set effective and challenging objectives.
