In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information & documentation and provide support to the shift supervisors to ensure accurate shipping and receiving. Please note that this is a night shift starts at 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM.Key Responsibilities:Defines priorities and resource allocation to execute at the start of each shift. Adjusts priorities to ensure execution of dock schedule.Stages all work activity for operators and ensures consistent workflow to execute dock priorities.Reconciles all completed work activity in SAP as deliveries are picked, staged, loaded, and delivered.Coordinates and verifies shunting services to ensure consistency of workflow and execution of all customer drop orders.Organizes shunting services, and carrier driver instruction to ensure compliance with pickup, delivery, and placement of trailers in the drop lot.Acts as a technical resource for SAP yard management activities which accurately reflects yard inventory.Verifies, prepares, and identifies discrepancies for all shipping and receiving documentation in SAP, dock schedule execution, case fill compliance, quality of shipments, order integrity.Ensures appropriate standards are met when preparing pallet notes and entering the information into the pallet control system and checking the accuracy of documents.
