Participate in training sessions and Health and Safety meetings
Perform seasonal yard maintenance including snow removal from entrances and trucks
Perform any other tasks as assigned or required
Key Performance Indicators:
Financial: accuracy on shipping and receiving documentation
Customer Focus: customer satisfaction score year over year
Installation Job Prep: consistent product and material support for installers
Requirements Educational & Previous ExperienceRequirements:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction, building trades or similar industry that has a service focus
Previous experience in service, warehousing or logistics preferred
Post-secondary education in construction, building or business is an asset
Proven time management and organizational skills required
Computer literacy required, including QuickBooks, Microsoft applications and CRM tools
Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, including verbal and written required
