At All Weather Windows, we are searching for a Marketing and Communications Manager who is ready to make their mark. Working under the guidance of our Vice President of Marketing, you'll have the chance to play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your work will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement within both the B2B and B2C landscape.

Responsibilities will include:
Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to target B2B and B2C clients that align with our business goals. Leverage your expertise to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
Live the Brand : Develop marketing plans to create awareness of the newly formed brand strategy and support for the rebrand.
Content Creation and Distribution : Craft compelling content across various channels including social media, blogs and press releases. Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
Manage the creation of marketing collateral , sales materials and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and key messaging of our products and services.
Ensure the growth of employees in the marketing communications team , hiring, training, coaching and performance management, as necessary.
Oversee the company’s digital presence: Website management, content creation, SEO optimization to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the sales team: to develop effective lead generation programs and support the conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
Public Relations and Media relations : Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and key stakeholders to expand brand reach and enhance credibility within the B2B sector.
Event Management : Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and internal conferences or events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Ensure the use of promotional tools and support available by partners and internal customers while building plans to further enhance those programs to grow the All Weather Windows business.
Internal Communications: Plan, manage and provide executional support for ongoing strategic communications for corporate strategy, as well as manage internal communications to AWW employees.
Primary Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth is preferred.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles , including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Adaptability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop impactful campaigns with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
