In this role, you will oversee the operational andfinancial performance of DSI and our portfolio. The ideal candidatepossesses strong leadership skills, a proven track record in residentialand commercial property management, working knowledge of accountingprinciples, and a passion for delivery unparalleled service to our team,our tenants, and our partners. Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to: Providing strategic leadership and direction to the DSIteam, ensuring the successful execution of day-to-day operations. Manageall residential and commercial property operations, overseeing leasingstrategies, maintenance programs, and capital improvement initiatives toensure optimal performance and tenant and owner satisfaction. Supervisehomeowner and condo association operations, ensuring compliance withrelevant regulations and efficient administration of communityengagement. Qualifications IWe are looking for candidate who bring a unique blend of skills andexperience to this role: Associate degree or bachelor\'s degree in realestate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role in the property managementfield with a demonstrated track record of success in overseeingresidential and commercial portfolios. Superior knowledge of multipleoperational functions and principles, including finance, customerservice, and employee management. Ability to plan, streamline andimplement new operational structures and roles that create speed,efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands. Strongknowledge of property management and tenant/landlord practices, laws,rules, and regulations. Good command of leasing and marketing practices.Ability to analyze, evaluate and act on issues and/or problems, reachsound conclusions and take appropriate action.
