Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) actively drives and manages the sales retention, growth, and customer satisfaction within the assigned multistate region. The RSM works through their distributor or directly with the customer, in partnership with the Application Engineer and other Stauff Team Members to identify and provide reliable solutions to assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales and services process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategy to sustainably grow market share in the assigned territory through both distribution and direct sales.Develop and execute a strategy to sustainably grow market share in the assigned territory through both distribution and direct sales.Develop and nurture relationships with customers, while driving them to promote our products over competitive lines they may also carry.Collaborate with Customer Service, Applications Engineering, and Operations teams to provide the best customer service possible.Develop a target customer list and other initiatives to help distribution partners grow.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for the region, projecting expected sales volume and profit.Develop business plans and sales forecasts.
