The Role

GeoComply seeks a skilled Finance Manager to fill a critical role supporting our Sales team. Key responsibilities include 1) revenue forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making, 2) conducting in-depth sales performance analysis to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency, and 3) developing and maintaining sales pipeline reporting to help our teams achieve their revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, sales operations, and forecasting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilites Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline dynamics.

Prepare regular revenue reports and dashboards to track actual performance against forecasted targets and provide insights to senior management.

Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of revenue performance and recommend strategic actions to achieve revenue goals.

Analyze sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, average deal size, win rates, and sales velocity, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with the Sales team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for measuring sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.

Work with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of financial goals, processes, and systems with sales objectives and strategies.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and projects to address specific business questions, initiatives, or challenges.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of sales finance operations.

Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

5+ years of tech industry experience in corporate finance or other relevant fields.

Proficiency in conducting financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Bonus Points Master's degree or equivalent.

Prior Experience in one of our core industries (e.g. Gaming, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services).

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software, to extract insights from financial data and inform strategic decisions.

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate financial information and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including non-financial stakeholders.

Able to work independently with minimal direction.

Able to build deep partnerships across varied functions and geographies.

Salary Range 96000 - 144000 CAD, per-year-salary

Theexpected salary range for this position is from $96,000-144,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on a variety of factors, including your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
