We are passionate about employing the best people in the industry and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team to support existing accounts in Mississauga, Brampton and the Downtown Core . You will utilize your strong organizational, management, and communication skills to ensure that our company standards are met at client sites. You will also have an eye for small details and the ability to identify opportunities for additional services.

The success of this position will be achieved through your customer service focus, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with others effectively and ability to inspire others and to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction levels. Your ability to impart technical skills (current janitorial methods and practices) is another critical aspect of this role. This road-warrior will be spending most of their time meeting with customers and Franchisees at various locations within the designated territory ensuring the Jan-Pro services are driving growth and success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

Reach out to potential clients to present our products and service offerings

New Business Development: Responsible for Pursuing and Securing New Business Opportunities

Self-generate appointments to leverage growth via Networking, Emails, Cold Calling, Door Knocking (Boots on the Ground), and Social Media opportunities

Documenting and tracking key potential clients contacted while developing a communication cycle to promote constant contact and promotion of services

Daily use of CRM system (ACT! Or HubSpot) updating and adding detailed customer information

Display a professional manner while representing the company

Drive growth by selling services to customers in all industries.

Managing all aspects of the customer relationship with past prospects and former customers to develop a grey pipeline

Directly communicating and meeting with potential customers to schedule sales and marketing presentations while tapping into your creativity in face-to-face client meetings

Site visits with potential customers to gather all key information while learning about their organization

New Contract Negotiations: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and presenting proposals professionally to potential customers for approval

Provides regular updates and information relating to weekly activities and account status to Regional Director

Weekly collaboration with Market Research Analyst and Regional Director to achieve Monthly Target for Account Sales· Involve in the first initial introduction between Brand Standard Manager, Franchisee, and Customer if required

Annual Net Gain Target: Responsible for setting and achieving financial targets to achieve annual Net Gain Objective

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

G Class Drivers license and own vehicle

Fluent in English (written and oral)

High School Diploma OR College Diploma ( Business or Sales focus an asset )

2 years of previous experience in Sales and Business Development is an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated use and knowledge of social media to accent a creative approach to winning customers

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills with a tremendous focus on details,
